I always feel so privileged to be part of The Real-Music Club and the wider acoustic, folk & roots scene. It's so inspiring to see and hear how much talent visits the Club and so just imagine the wealth that is present every day of the week in pubs and small venues all around the UK.
Our reviews are unfortunately not as frequent as I would like because of the many commitments I have. However they are our small token of appreciation for the enjoyment that these performers give when they share their talent. Please feel free to email any comments or reviews to me for inclusion. This does not have to be a solo effort

If you have criticism make it constructive not destructive. However you don't have to think everything is fantastic to write a review - be honest but remember that we are all learning. Well constructed criticism can encourage improvement, destructive words can shatter confidence.
You are more likely to get a few well chosen words posted to the site than a 7-page thesis.
Reviews are welcome from anybody who feels they have something to say. They are not restricted to those who consider themselves to be literary - a review that is heartfelt is worth a dozen clever ones.
